Manchester Regional Arena was developed from the original 2002 Commonwealth Games warm up track and boasts an eight lane 400m track with covered seating for 6,500 spectators. The arena is flexible enough to host all track and field events and is the venue for the Paralympic World Cup and a number of regional athletics events.

The indoor athletics hall has a 200m banked running track and a six lane 60m sprint track. Specially designed nets cater for throw events and there are also facilities for pole vault, high jump and long jump. We often use the track when the weather is bad enough to stop us training at Woodbank Park and sometimes schedule regular training sessions to take place there when the track is available. Any DASH athletes who are selected to take part in the England Athletics Squads will also get to visit the Regional Arena more frequently.

Woodbank Park is Stockport's Athletics Track. It is owned by Stockport Council and available for all the Athletics Clubs in Stockport to use. The stadium is available for our training sessions and startrack schemes throughout the year. The facility has full changing facilities including good disabled access, floodlights, a 6 lane newly re-surfaced athletic track with 8 lane home straight, a football field together with a clubhouse for meetings and a catering unit.

DASH AC Training Sessions take place at Woodbank Park on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. We also hold our school holiday children's athletics courses here at Easter and in the Summer.
